Former International Rugby Player
Gavin Hastings is best known as an international rugby player. He had 61 caps at full back for Scotland, 20 of them as Captain. He captained the British Lions on the 1993 tour to New Zealand and has scored 700 points in test rugby. As managing director of his own consultancy he handles sponsorship deals to raise awareness of companies by association with high profile sporting events or teams. Most recently Gavin has been the driving force behind projects such as Scotland's 2009 Ryder Cup bid.
