He has been awarded the title of best fund management correspondent for four of the last five years, the best newspaper story of the year for 2006 in the Business Journalist of the Year awards and was previously Unit Trust Journalist of the Year. He is the author of two books, 'The Money Machine: How the City Works' and 'Easy Money' and is currently writing the Economist guide to Hedge Funds.
