Mike Harris was also the founder of Egg Plc which is one of the leading Internet Banks. Mike comes from a background within the telecommunications industry and was CEO of Mercury Communications. Between 1991 and 1994 Mercury was the UK's second largest telecommunications operator. He founded and was CEO of FirstDirect from 1988 - 1991 covering the start-up period of the UK's hugely successful on-line bank.
