Miles Hilton-Barber has, in the last six years alone, set numerous world records whilst undertaking extreme endurance events in Siberia, and across the Sahara, Gobi, Qatar and Mojave Deserts. He is the first blind person to fly the English Channel in a microlight. He holds the British duel microlight high-altitude record and has wing-walked on a bi-plane. His forthcoming plans include setting a new world air speed record flying a jet fighter and he will begin one of his greatest world record attempts to date, flying a microlight from London to Sydney Australia, relying on revolutionary speech-output technology, accompanied by his sighted co-pilot.
