June Sarpong MBE is best known as the presenter of Channel 4's T4 and the game show Your Face or Mine. Having left T4 in 2007 she has set up an original website called Politics and the City that combines showbiz and politics as well as running her own production company, Lipgloss Productions. She is also a committed ambassador for Our Leaving Care initiative, which provides one-to-one mentors and a range of support for young care leavers. In the run-up to the 2005 general election she shadowed Tony Blair for two days before an interview where she challenged him on the war in Iraq. She has also presented Dirty Laundry, Celebrity Five Go Dating, The Smash Hits Poll Winners Party (live), The Player and The British Fashion Awards.

Interviewing a tired, bored and crotchety Robert De Niro, she won him round by simply saying: "Hi Bob, I'm June."

June's career started as work experience for KISS FM, which went so well they offered her a broad ranging full-time job, including covering for Janice V on The Word. They gave June her first big break in Radio when she did a special with Steve Jackson. She works for several charities, such as Kids Company, The Prince's Trust and Make Poverty History - and she has interviewed Tony Blair, Al Gore, Bill Clinton and Gordon Brown.
