Richard has authored and presented over 30 training videos. He is the author and presenter of 3 audio albums. His 5 books are international best sellers and have been translated into over 20 languages.

He is the creator and founder of British Professional Sales Diploma and the British Leadership & Management Diploma. He is Chairman of a telecommunications company in the UK and Chairman of major marine company in Majorca.
