Kate Sweetman is co-author of 'Leadership Code: 5 Rules to Lead By'. She is the Director of Research and Curriculum at Iclif Centre for Leadership and Governance, emerging guru at Thinkers 50 and co author at the leadership code. She is also a former editor at Harvard Business Review and has been designated an Emerging Guru by the London Times. She blogs for Harvard Business Press and is about to launch a monthly column 'Decoding Leadership' with The Edge, Malaysia's leading financial newspaper. Kate Sweetman is a founding partner of Sweetman Consulting, LLC, an education and organisational development firm based in Milton, MA. In addition to her career in executive and management education, she has worked in publishing and academics. Kate is a graduate of Yale University and Harvard Business School, and has lectured at both Harvard Business School and MIT's Legatum Center (a graduate-level program for entrepreneurs in the developing world).
