David MacLeod OBE

Employment Engagement Expert, Chairman Employee Engagement Task Force

David MacLeod is an employment engagement expert who advises the UK Government and organisations. He is co-Chair of the British Employee Engagement Task Force launched by the Prime Minister in 2011. In 2008 David and Nita Clarke were asked by the Government to produce a research paper on the importance of employee engagement to the UK economy. The influential work 'Engaging for Success' was published in 2009 and was described as the definitive work on this subject.

In detail

David is a visiting Professor of the Cass Business School, a Fellow of the Ashridge Business School, the Institute of marketing and of the RSA. His early career was in marketing followed by becoming a CEO. David was awarded an OBE for serviced to Employee Engagement and Business in the Queen's Birthday Honours in June 2013.
