Tras contar su propia experiencia con un uso intenso de los dispositivos tecnol\u00f3gicos, Sieberg resumi\u00f3 los cuatro pasos que deber\u00edan seguir los interesados en ponerle fin a este h\u00e1bito.<!--more-->Primero, dice el especialista, hay que identificar cu\u00e1ntas horas se est\u00e1 conectado al d\u00eda y evaluar qu\u00e9 se est\u00e1 dejando de lado por esta realidad. En segundo lugar, hay que esconder todos los dispositivos. Durante el inicio de la dieta, s\u00f3lo se puede chequear el correo electr\u00f3nico una vez al d\u00eda. Tras esta separaci\u00f3n entre el usuario y la tecnolog\u00eda, viene la fase tres, en donde vuelven a utilizarse los equipos, pero con un l\u00edmite en la cantidad de tiempo.
