Raghu has operated in distinctively different environments of leadership. The authoritarian style within the Armed Forces, an incentive driven style predominant in corporates such as Mahindra and Reliance Industries and the procedure-driven, bureaucratic style in the government. He has founded and led companies as well as complex global JVs.
