The Thinkers50 European Business Forum

Held in Odense, Denmark in September, the theme this year posed the question “How Europe can learn from Asia, their leadership and business models, and find new ways to engage Asian customers and businesses”. In 2019 Asia is simply the most inspiring continent in terms of business strategy, innovation, and leadership models. India and China are now two of the world’s largest economies, and Singapore is now the world’s best place in which to do business.

Some of the world’s greatest new ideas for business leaders were discussed, highlighting the success of Asia and preparing for the challenges facing European companies in the years to come.

Among the world’s most successful visionary business thinkers appearing this year were Martin Roll, Kjell Nordstrom and Anil Gupta. Previous events have included Martin Lindstrom, Marshall Goldsmith and Michael Porter.

Cannes Lions 2019

Since its first outing in 1954, the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has been bringing the creative communications industry together every year at its one-of-a-kind event in Cannes to learn, network and celebrate.

This year Cannes Lions took place 17th – 21st June and explored the value of creativity in branded communications. The five-day festival and awards provided the industry with access to beautiful new ideas, pioneering consumer research and emerging technologies which will help make and shape popular culture.

The Cannes Lions Festival is where brands, agencies, media companies and consultancies discover how to unlock maximum impact from creative marketing. Every moment is engineered to deliver tools and knowledge to supercharge business performance and results through marketing creativity.

Many of the top creative minds have brought their expertise to Cannes Lions over the years, including businesswoman and Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington, creative legend Sir John Hegarty, musician and activist Sir Bob Geldof, leading inventor Ray Kurzweil Former LEGO social media and marketing leader Lars Silberbauer, and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg.

World Business Forum London 2019

During the past 15 years, the World Business Forum has grown into one of the world’s major business events, taking place in some of the world’s most important business hubs including New York City, Milan, Mexico City, Madrid and Sydney. This year it came to London on 5th and 6th June.

Also on the stage was Dambisa Moyo, global expert on macroeconomics and international affairs. These are just a few of our highlighted speakers, whose minds really facilitate drive and opportunity for the world around them.
