Dr. Malmgren is the founder and CEO of the Geopolitica Institute, where she explores how geopolitics, markets, innovation and human purpose intersect. She is a Strategic Advisor to C10 Labs, the MIT Media Lab AI Venture Builder Studio, and a Senior Associate Fellow of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), the world’s leading defence think tank. She was named Mission College Women in Leadership Prize winner in 2024. Pippa has held senior roles in global finance, including Chief Currency Strategist at Bankers Trust and Deputy Head of Global Strategy at UBS. She co-founded H Robotics, an award-winning robotics firm, and continues to advise start-ups across space, AI, nuclear fusion, battery technology and lunar logistics. She writes a popular column on Substack, contributes to global media, and lectures at institutions like Royal College of Defence Studies, Sandhurst, Duke, INSEAD and UT Austin.
