Tim currently splits his time advising a global talent acquisition business’ strategic diversity and inclusion efforts, and his own consultancy, mentoring and investments in the leisure and A.I. sector. As a Liveryman and Freeman of the City of London, Tim has prioritised his work in the education sector by joining the City of London Corporation’s Education Board and championing apprenticeships. Highly experienced in start-up businesses, he is also widely known as the founder of the Bright Ideas Trust and is currently a Trading Futures Lead for OSTC Ltd. In his role at OSTC, Tim works in the recruitment of diverse traders who are interested in partnering in capital markets with companies in the continent of Africa.
