Tim graduated from the Ohio State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He also studied English Literature at Ohio State and New College, Oxford. He began his career in Human Capital Management in 1992, in the Columbus, Ohio office of Andersen Consulting, as one of the early team members of the Change Management Practice, relocating to London in 1997. He joined IBM Global Business Services in 2006 after 16 years at Accenture, where he was Executive Partner Human in Accenture's Human Performance Service Line. He led a team of more than 1500 Human Capital consulting professionals around the world. He has over 20 years experience in helping clients create organisation and workforce performance through effective talent management strategy, processes and technologies.
