Susie’s professional racing career spanned Formula Renault, Formula 3, DTM with Mercedes-Benz, and ultimately Formula One with Williams Racing, where she became the first woman in 22 years to participate in a Formula 1 race weekend at the 2014 British Grand Prix. After stepping away from racing, Susie moved decisively into leadership. As shareholder, CEO, and Managing Partner of Venturi Racing in Formula E, she transformed the team from backmarkers into title contenders, culminating in a Vice-World Championship finish before overseeing the successful sale of the team. In parallel, Susie has been a powerful advocate for women in sport. She founded Dare to Be Different, an initiative aimed at increasing female participation in motorsport.
