After losing his sight overnight at the age of 14, Lord Chris Holmes transformed adversity into extraordinary achievement, becoming Britain’s most decorated Paralympic swimmer. He later built a successful career in law, before helping deliver the groundbreaking London 2012 Paralympic Games as Director of Paralympic Integration. Lord Holmes has introduced the Artificial Intelligence (Regulation) Bill, helped drive the Electronic Trade Documents Act into law, and authored the influential DLT for Public Good report. Today, he advises government and industry on AI, digital transformation, innovation and inclusion, bringing a unique combination of elite sporting success, legislative leadership and technology expertise to audiences worldwide as a keynote speaker.
