Salvador López SalvaROCK Keynote Speaker, Virtual Event Speaker

SalvaROCK’s work explores how the principles behind great musical performances can offer fresh perspectives on the challenges faced by modern organisations. His approach draws parallels between the worlds of music and business, examining how people collaborate, respond to uncertainty, develop new ideas and create something greater than the sum of their individual contributions.

Through his research into the music industry, he investigates the behaviours and dynamics that enable artists and bands to sustain creativity, adapt to changing circumstances and connect with their audiences. These observations inform his work on organisational culture, innovation and the development of high-performing teams.

Alongside his professional activities, SalvaROCK has pursued doctoral research, further developing his interest in the relationship between creative practice and business management. His combination of analytical thinking and artistic experience allows him to approach complex organisational questions from an unconventional angle.

With an international outlook shaped by working across different countries and professional environments, he brings together academic curiosity, practical business understanding and the perspective of a practising musician. His work encourages organisations to look beyond established management models and discover valuable lessons in unexpected places.
